New Entrant Program Assistance

Make sure your New Entrant company is compliant and is granted permanent authority.

New Entrants are monitored for compliance by FMCSA for 18 months after initially granting their authority. The New Entrant must operate safely, maintain up-to-date records, conduct periodic inspections and perform maintenance on CMVs and pass a Safety Audit. Once your company passes the safety audit, FMCSA will continue to monitor the New Entrant’s safety compliance and performance. If possible deficiencies are found, the New Entrant must satisfactorily implement a corrective action plan to correct safety management practices. Failure to do so will result revocation of your USDOT registration. T E C Safety Solutions can help you from setting up policies to make sure that all State and Federal Regulations are met and making a Corrective Action Plan to have your company back in compliance with FMCSA Regulations.
